Local Parking

Parking is a complicated endeavor for an event like the Colorado Stage. As you embark upon your spectator experience watch for variable message boards along all race routes directing you towards appropriate parking venues. Due to local impact issues spectators will be unable to park along all portions of the race route. Best parking for all three stages will be attained near the start and/or finish line of each race. 

Because of parking constraints we reccomend alternate modes of transporation. Public transportation will be available and we encourage all spectators to ride their bikes to the Colorado Stage for stages 2 & 3 in Vail. All spectators can take advantage of the free bike valet service where your bike will be secure while you enjoy the races.  

• Watch for variable message boards along all portions of the race route communication parking options. As parking venues become full, alternate parking locations will be indicated on the message boards.
• Parking for the Starting line in Breckenridge is available in the public town lots. As parking lots reach capacity alternate parking options will be communicated via the message boards and Colorado Stage personnel.
• Limited parking for the Finish line in Beaver Creek is available in the public parking lots located at the base of Beaver Creek. As parking lots reach capacity alternate parking options will be communicated via the message boards and Colorado Stage personnel. Note that Village Road, granting the only access to Beaver Creek Village will experience a full closure between approximately 3-4pm limiting access immediatly prior to race arrival.
• Follow local directions and signage for parking in all other race towns.

• Watch for variable message boards along I-70 as you approach Vail. As parking venues become full, alternate parking locations will be indicated on the message boards.
• Your best bet for parking in Vail will be in the Vail Village or Lionshead Parking Structures. Both structures have limited parking and will reach capacity EARLY. Thus, if you plan to park in the structure plan accordingly. Please remember that cars with bikes on top WILL NOT fit in the structure. Once the structures fill, alternate parking options will be communicated via the message boards and Colorado Stage personnel.
• Be prepared for all parking in Vail to be full. We will be providing overflow parking in surrounding towns for Colorado Stage access.
